As surveyors and real estate professionals we perform title reviews often, and can bring to light issues or advise you as to potential issues that may affect your plans for the property..  Once we have made our review, we can also connect you with a title attorney for legal advice if needed.

We will determine if the property is affected by current flood plain mapping supplied by FEMA.  If so, we can ascertain the usable area or in most cases the average flood depths or fill requirements to overcome the affects of flooding..

We are accustomed to creating conceptual sketches for our clients once we ascertain their needs.  This is often helpful when determining if the property is sized appropriately or if other factors negatively affect the planned purposed for the property..These sketches or drawings are hugely beneficial when bringing other team members onboard such as engineers or architects.

We often create short videos of our analysis to explain in depth our findings.  These videos are helpful in orienting our clients while also showing what portions of the property may be affected by existing easements, restrictions, environmental factors, or other issues.

Web meetings provide a great way to consult with our clients.  Screen sharing is a great tool to further discuss issues or questions raised by clients while staying oriented.
